Your payslips and P60s

Your annuity provider (not Capita) will issue your payslips and P60s.

Payslips show your gross payment, tax deduction, and net amount received.

P60s, issued every April, show your total annuity income and the total tax paid in the year. You may need this for tax returns, applying for financial products, or claiming benefits.

If you've opted for paper communication, these documents may be posted to you - check with your provider.

Your payslip

Each month, you’ll get a payslip in the secure online portal. It shows:

  • Your gross pension payment (before tax is taken)
  • How much tax was taken
  • The amount that went into your bank account

If you’ve opted out of digital communication, you’ll get a printed payslip in the post—only if your payment changes by more than £10.

Your P60

Every April, your P60 will appear in the secure online portal. This shows the total pension you received and how much tax was deducted that year.

Your P60 is important for tax purposes. You might need it to:

  • Complete a tax return
  • Apply for tax relief or benefits
  • Confirm your income for financial applications

If you have opted out of digital communications your P60 will be sent to you in the post.
